Description

I saw a photo of Miley Cyrus with this amazing outfit at New Year's Eve, and it inspired me to make a little artwork about her. At first, I made the outfit texture with pencil colors, but I didn't like the result, so I made the pattern with Photoshop, and also the background.

I hope "smilers" like my artwork! ^^
